Manufactured with cutting-edge processes in Australia, each plate undergoes meticulous machining to micron-level precision. The interchangeable wear surface is a quick and simple replacement with the tool from GIPP. Engineered to withstand extreme horsepower, the interchangeable cast iron wear plates have been developed to be securely mounted, minimising any chance of flexing under high boost while maintaining compression efficiency.
Extensively researched and developed, our flow optimising processes for both the cooling and intake ports elevate airflow and cooling dynamics over standard Mazda cast plates. Every plate has also been meticulously machined to eliminate excess weight while maintaining its fundamental core toughness resulting in an unrivalled strength to weight ratio.
These plates require no additional porting as all GIPP Billet plates are 100% CNC ported in our 5 axis CNC machines to a degree that is impossible with standard cast iron plates from Mazda. Additional porting options are available upon request.
