MAZDA RX IRONS 2 ROTOR REFURBISHED
Your delivered 3 RX side plates (front, middle, rear irons) are professionally refurbished.
All irons are pre-cleaned, cnc pre-ground with high precision, hardened, finely lapped polished and provided with new frost plugs.
The Oil ports are cleaned and equipped with new conical grub screws.
Fits all RX models 2-rotor engine rebuilds from 1969-2012.
A cheaper alternative to a new part.
The process for this is:
Please send us your side plates, cleaned of coarse dirt and oil, disassembled*, and well packaged.
"Disassembled" means without: attachments, stationary gears, sensors, seals, O-rings, and screws.
We will inspect and measure them.
If damage is discovered that makes further processing impossible, we will charge a processing fee of €25 plus VAT.
For completely dirty and unassembled side plates, we unfortunately have to charge €45 plus VAT per plate for this additional work.
You are also welcome to send us pictures in advance by email or WhatsApp.
Do you have a side plate with a rusted-off water jacket? We can save this plate with laser welding.
