RX-8 ECU Remapping Stage 2 FI Turbo 03-12
For all Mazda RX-8 OEM ECU or Adaptronic series 1 incl. Kuro & series 2 R3 by Year 2003-2012.
Requirement for Stage 2 FI (Forced Induction) is a turbo or compressor setup.
The Stage 2 FI tuning includes:
01. MAF calibration
02. Fuel maps optimization
03. Ignition maps optimization
04. Elimination the high cold-start peak engine rpm during starting process
05. Lowering the idle rpm when the engine is cold
06. Setting idle rpm
07. Cold start limiter set to 2800 rpm / 80 ° C water temperature (or desired rpm)
Instead Series 5500 rpm / 20 ° C
08. Optimizing and increasing the oil injection amount
09. Lowering the cut-in temps cooling fan 1 & 2
10. Elimination of the dangerous engine lean run in the partial load range at 3500-5500 rpm all gears - The famous catalize killer
11. Adjustment of installed performance coils included.
12. Elimination of inertia accelerator, similar accelerator Booster
Tuning on fuel Super Plus 100 or 102 octane!
Time required for Stage 2 with log drives and individual programming about 1.5 days.
Optionally we can also arrange a dyna result with chart.
